The successful agencies of the future will be those that integrate technological excellence with profoundly human qualities: combining efficacy with empathy...
Introducing our first in-person CX’y Times event

For our inaugural event to be held at 6pm on 21st June at our Surry Hills office, we will hear from three exciting speakers, including our very own Beth Duddy, CX Director.

With 3 short 20 minute talks, expect to learn lots of tips, tricks and practical takeaways about the importance of branded emotive experiences and how to mine for the insights that power these experiences.

Beth Duddy (VCCP) The Why, What and How of Emotive Branded Experiences

As consumers we are a fussy bunch, we increasingly expect frictionless and seamless interactions with brands. But these experiences inevitably become category hygiene - blending into the background of our customers minds.

Using examples from across the VCCP network, Beth will demonstrate how to truly connect and be memorable, by creating differentiated brand experiences that have sticking power.

Pip Stocks (Hearsay) The Importance of Thick Data - Driving Empathy with Customer Conversations

In the words of Jim Carroll, Ex-Chairman of BBH, 'the successful agencies of the future will be those that integrate technological excellence with profoundly human qualities: combining efficacy with empathy...'.

Pip will take us through the importance of how customer conversations build empathy and why this thick data is critical for business growth.

Stephanie Winkler (Crowd DNA) Tactics to Deliver Culturally Charged Insight

Steph will be talking us through a number of tactics for delivering culturally charged insights, including:

  • Immersive research practices: Getting under the skin, and into the lived realities of the consumer.
  • Trends, semiotics and 'Culture at scale': What they are and how to use them in strategic planning.
  • Culturally charged scenario planning: Using trends, insights and consumer behaviours to plan for possible future scenarios.
