Our entry level schemes
What to get a foot in the door? We offer a number of entry level schemes below which don’t require University experience.
We have replaced the traditional grad scheme with our entry-level scheme: The Table; open to everyone no matter who you are, what experience you have, or where you’re from. The programme runs for a year and recruits entry-level roles in Account Management, Planning, Production, New Business and Media, perfect for those looking to get their first job in advertising. Ad School is an intensive 5 day work experience, open to anybody between the ages of 18-25 with a keen interest in the advertising industry. VCCP Ad School has provided work experience for almost 300 people in the past 7 years. You don’t need to have any specific qualifications or experience to be considered, you just need a desire to learn, an open mind and bundles of enthusiasm.
Applications for the 2023 intake are currently closed but the 2024 applications will be opening soon.
Home to all budding creatives, The Den is where you can play, learn, practice and grow, with a view to coming up with some amazing ideas and getting your first job in the industry. Placement creative teams get 3 month paid contracts where they’ll be put on the same briefs and get the same opportunities as everyone else in the department.
