OUR PEOPLE

Adrian Gans Chief Experience Officer

Adrian is Chief Experience Officer at VCCP CX. Our customer experience division that makes digital products and services for clients including O2, Kia, Domino’s and the FA.

Adrian joined VCCP as Innovation Director in 2015 after numerous years running the strategy and planning teams at both Fullsix and Razorfish. Prior to going agency side, Adrian worked in-house to launch multi-channel retail at Kingfisher PLC and had the dubious honour of watching the dotcom bubble burst at Boo.com in 1999.

Ed Hornby Managing Director, Digital Delivery

Ed has been delivering digital marketing since before Google and Amazon.com existed. In that time he has steered the delivery of online firsts for BA.com, BT.com, T-Mobile, Unilever and RBS, among others. He led delivery teams through the dot com boom and bust (and boom again) at digital agencies Agency.com and Sapient, and has built and directed award-winning digital teams at integrated agencies such as BBH, Tribal DDB and Ogilvy.

Ed joined VCCP in March 2012 and has helped to develop our digital capability into the highly regarded, reliable and innovative team that it is today.
