Our People

Sophie Maunder CEO, VCCPme

After leaving university, Sophie was chosen for the WPP Fellowship training programme in the UK and overseas.  After working as a Strategic Planner in Sydney, she returned to the UK and found her true home at VCCP. As lead planner on O2 for many years, she has won the IPA Effectiveness Award Grand Prix and the IPA Effectiveness Gold. She became Head of planning in 2007, Group Strategy Officer in 2011 and CEO of VCCPme in 2014 where she leads from the front with an infectious passion for strategic and creative thinking.
