Founder Matt Broekhuizen and Emma Clark will lead Customer Engagement at VCCP
VCCP, the global challenger network for challenger brands, today announced that Table19, the UK's leading independent customer engagement agency will join its network to supercharge their existing offering. The move takes immediate effect and will further bolster VCCP’s ethos ‘it only works, if it all works’, delivering fully integrated and creatively driven engagement programmes for its clients.
Table19 launched in 2008 with a specific focus on Customer Engagement and building brands which shape the future. With a world-class client roster, over the last 15 years it has worked with brands including Sainsbury's, Nectar, Carphone Warehouse, BlackRock, Virgin Atlantic, BlackBerry, Sky, and Age UK among others alongside winning numerous awards. Most recent accolades include two Golds at the DMA’s for Best Data Storytelling for Sainsbury's Data Playback and Best Customer Retention or Loyalty Programme for Sainsbury's Great Fruit and Veg Challenge.
Table19 will join VCCP’s existing award winning Customer Engagement team, bringing clients Personal Gorup, Moet Hennessey, NewDay, The Royal British Legion which will add to VCCP’s existing roster: Matt Broekhuizen and Emma Clark will now lead Customer Engagement for VCCP.
Matt Broekhuizen founded Table19 in 2008, and prior to that - headed up the Customer Marketing Team at Sky. Previous to that he was client service lead at Black Cat and WDMP.
Clark joined Table19 in 2010 to lead strategy and grow business and went on to successfully build T19’s Customer Engagement strategic reputation with CEO’s and CMO’s of some of the largest brands in the UK including BlackRock, Carphone Warehouse, Sky and Sainsbury’s. Previously at TMW, Clark worked with clients Guinness, Johnnie Walker and M&S and before then she led the digital transformation and customer strategy for global brands like Nestle, HSBC and Rimmel London.
