Alex Dalman Managing Partner & Head of Social & Innovation
With over 15 years experience in social media & innovation led marketing, Alex Dalman is VCCP’s Head of Social and Innovation and Managing Partner of faith, an AI creative agency. She is an agitator for greatness in modern marketing, from putting The O2 arena into Fortnite during the pandemic, to inventing easyJet’s Look&Book. In 2023 she was also part of a team who launched faith into the industry to prove Generative AI will be an accelerator for human creativity and not replace it, and was behind revealing Daisy to the world, our now Cannes Lions winning O2 AI granny wasting phone scammers’ time.
Tiffany Mondesir Head of Social & Content Strategy
Since joining VCCP six years ago from Toronto, she’s influenced impactful work for clients including LinkedIn, British Red Cross, White Claw and Virgin Media O2. Among these campaigns, some have been recognized for effectiveness by the Lovie Awards, Shortys Awards, and Marketing Society. She is a member of VCCP’s multi-award-winning DE&I Collective and has also been a judge at the DMA and Creativepool awards.
David Feldman Social Executive Creative Director
David joined VCCP in 2022 and has 19 years’ experience at some of the biggest ATL, integrated, planning, digital and social agencies in the UK. He previously worked as ECD at Social Chain and CD at Facebook and Netflix. David has created numerous award-winning creative campaigns including for YouTube and at VCCP works across EasyJet, VMO2 and Allwyn.
