VCCP expands Social team to drive innovation and culture-first brand engagement
VCCP, the challenger network for challenger brands, has bolstered its social department to further strengthen its commitment to social-first creativity and brand engagement. The agency’s expansion includes the promotions of David Feldman to Executive Creative Director and Tiffany Mondesir as Head of Social and Content Strategy, and the addition of Rachael Kendrick as Social Creative Director with Veve Shamhong joining as a Creator, bringing a diverse background in media and creative arts from MG OMD.
Tiffany Mondesir brings over a decade of experience in social media advertising, having worked with leading brands like LinkedIn, British Red Cross and White Claw. Mondesir, who recently won a WACL Talent Award, is a member of VCCP’s DE&I Collective and a judge for the DMA Awards. Her deep understanding of social media will play a pivotal role in leading VCCP’s expanding social-first strategy.
Rachael Kendrick, who has worked on campaigns for major clients such as Tesco, Amazon and Unilever, has been named Social Creative Director. Kendrick’s expertise in creating resonant, culture-driven content for platforms like Netflix, Olay and Lego will contribute to VCCP’s integrated, innovative approach to social brand engagement.
VCCP’s success in social output stems from three key factors: a growing in-house Creator team, an agile content production approach, and an integrated agency culture that ensures the alignment of brand values and effectiveness. The agency’s social campaigns for White Claw and Virgin Media O2 - particularly its Love Island partnership - have highlighted the agency’s ability to embed brands into popular culture, fostering meaningful connections with audiences.
As a fully integrated agency, VCCP combines creative, media, data, and customer experience expertise to deliver exceptional, results-driven social strategies. The agency also collaborates closely with its AI-driven creative agency, faith, to generate brand-compliant creative assets for multiple channels and global territories. Recent work includes a global campaign for Gong Cha and the creation of Daisy, O2’s AI-powered "granny" character who garnered widespread attention for combating scammers.
VCCP’s holistic approach ensures that every social idea works harder, providing greater value to clients and setting new benchmarks for social-led brand engagement.
Andrew Peake, CEO (London) at VCCP, said: “We’re thrilled to see Tiffany step into her new role alongside Rachael and Veve joining our growing social team, as well as David’s continued growth within our creative leadership. Their combined talents, creativity, and passion will help elevate the work we do and drive even more impactful, audience-first social campaigns.”
Tiffany Mondesir, Head of Social and Content Strategy at VCCP, said: “I’m excited to step into this role at such a pivotal time for social. The power of social media goes beyond simply showing up in feeds; it’s about building lasting connections with audiences and creating memorable content that adds tangible and emotional value.”
Feldman, Mondesir, Kendrick and Shamhong will now take up their new roles, working across VCCP’s growing roster of social clients. The team will continue to be led by Alex Dalman, Managing Partner and Head of Social & Innovation at VCCP.
