Lubos Jahoda and Lazo Raftovski on board!

We're excited to welcome two new additions to our senior team - Luboš as Business Director and Lazo as Senior Planner. Luboš has joined VCCP coming from Kaspen/Jung von Matt, where he was one of the two managing partners. In his new role he will be leading the Albert agency team in the brand transformation mission we've been pursuing with this client.

"Albert is a challenger of the retail market, which has been going through a massive shift. Being the key VCCP partner to a client like this is definitelly a challenge I can't wait to tackle," says Luboš, our new Business Director.

Lazo has made a comeback to the agency, following up on his role as a planner seven years ago. In the meantime he was the strategic lead responsible for business repositioning and customer experience design in PPF across the global market.

"I try to view any business as a complex customer experience, which is a capability VCCP is pursuing more and more globally. My goal in is to explore and develop this area further," comments Lazo.

Both guys are already fully integrated in the teams and getting their hands dirty and we're looking forward to their contributions to ongoing and new projects.
