The Role

Girl&Bear Prague, The Home of The Makers at VCCP, is seeking an experienced and skilled Artworker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating print, static digital, and social artworks. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on time and crafted without compromise.

We will provide you with the best tools, exciting projects and craft-obsessed clients who share our passion for excellence. In return, we expect exceptional attention to detail, a love of design, and artwork that raises the bar every time.

Requirements

• A proven track record of 5+ years in creating artwork and layouts, formatting text, and preparing final files for print and digital production, with a deep understanding of technical specifications, production standards, and platform requirements
• A sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of layout and typography
• Mastery of Adobe CC software, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. 
• Comfort working with social and digital formats – bonus points for motion know-how
• English B1
