Ed Hornby Managing Director, VCCP CX

Ed is Managing Director of VCCP CX, and has been leading the digital division of VCCP since 2012. During this time he has overseen the transition from digital production to design & build to end-to-end customer experience and product design & development, as well as the inception, launch and continued growth of the Eastern European production hub in Prague.

Ed has extensive experience in leading progressive operations to deliver digital products, services and communications. He has held executive board level and leadership positions at some of the biggest and brightest digital and creative agencies in the UK, including BBH, Tribal DDB, Agency.com, Sapient and Ogilvy, where he has been lucky enough to work with many recognisable brands such as British Airways, BT, T-Mobile, O2, Audi, Kia, VW, Unilever, P&G, to name a few.

Ed is also a mentor for young talent emerging from his alma mater Brunel University via their WiBEC (Women of Brunel Engineering and Computing) initiative.
