Pete Grenfell COO VCCP London and CEO Bernadette

Pete is CEO of the 100 strong Bernadette team, alongside his broader role as COO of VCCP London. With responsibility for agency leadership, new business and (most importantly) ensuring all our people and clients are happy. Having joined the Partnership in 2008, he has led VCCP businesses in London and Australia as well as running some of our largest global accounts and playing a key role in new business success. Having started his career in digital and content he’s now proud to be working with the Bernadette team to grow our exciting and unique proposition in the market.

Alex Dalman Managing Partner & Head of Social & Innovation

Alex joined VCCP in 2014 and as Managing Partner and Head of Social & Innovation, Alex is leading the partnership on social and faith, our dedicated AI agency. Alex is driven by creating non-traditional campaigns, in emerging platforms using technology to bring them to life. She has worked on social, digital and experiential campaigns for O2, easyJet and Domino’s including award winning easyJet’s ‘Look&Book, and The O2 in Fortnite campaign. Alex also runs VCCP’s innovation programme, Curious, which aims to inspire and educate our employees and clients on the latest developments in the industry and beyond.

Nicky Palamarczuk Head of Social & Influence

Nicky has over 15 years of experience in social and her remit is to translate the fast-paced nature of social-first thinking into groundbreaking internet-famous work for clients. As well as scaling VCCP’s social capabilities across its global network, Nicky is responsible for growing VCCP’s influencer offering and activating creators and influencers across the ever-evolving social media landscape.

Nick Lewis Head of Social & Content Strategy

Nick joined VCCP in 2022 from football media business COPA90, having spent six years with the fan-first publisher helping brands navigate the intersection of football and popular culture.

Nick has helped to shift the needle for the world’s most beloved brands in sport and entertainment including adidas, EA Games, Nike, PepsiCo and Red Bull. At VCCP, Nick leads a team of social planners, devising culture-led strategies for brands to engage and authentically activate in passion communities.

David Feldman Social Creative Director

David joined VCCP in 2022 and has 15 years’ experience at some of the biggest ATL, integrated, planning, digital and social agencies in the UK. He previously worked as ECD at Social Chain and CD at Facebook and Netflix. David has created numerous award-winning creative campaigns including for YouTube and at VCCP works across EasyJet.

Milan Desai Social Creative Director

Over the last decade, Milan worked across high-profile brands such as BBC, Lynx Africa, M&S, Mercedes Benz and Xbox; producing award-winning TV, integrated and digital campaigns along the way. Prior to joining VCCP in 2023, Milan was Creative Director at TikTok. At VCCP he works across our biggest accounts including Cadbury, Primark and VMO2.
