Huw Morgan Head of Employer Brand

Huw spent a decade on the inside. Managing employee communications and engagement for O2, Virgin Media, and Telefónica, he saw firsthand how corporate culture actually lives and breathes—from the boardroom to the breakroom.

Since joining VCCP in 2017, he has focused on bridging that in-house experience with brand strategy. The result is a specialism dedicated to building employer brands that are as distinctive as they are authentically lived. Across a client list including Cadbury, Channel 4, and TfL, Huw helps companies move beyond the mission statement – turning corporate intent into collective action.
