Loyalty programmes

From running the UK's largest loyalty programme at Nectar to launching smaller schemes for Fortnum & Mason, we've got the experience to drive customer retention. Everything we do is creatively driven, but we also support our clients across the board — building business cases for securing funds, defining a programme’s vision and goals, consulting on technical infrastructure, and setting up performance measurement frameworks.

Matt Broekhuizen Head of Loyalty & CRM

Matt joined VCCP in 2022 from Table19, an independent agency that he founded in 2008 with a specific focus on Loyalty and CRM programmes. His experience includes a world-class client roster including BlackRock, Investec, Sainsbury’s, Nectar, Blackberry, and Sky.

Matt leads the Loyalty & CRM team for VCCP and has overall responsibility for VCCP’s Loyalty & CRM clients including Canon, Sage, Vitality, Fortnum & Mason, LEGO, TfL, and Mark Anthony Group.

Ellie Gauchi Head of Strategy, Loyalty & CRM

Having spent most of her career in digital, CX, CRM, direct and integrated creative agencies, Ellie joined VCCP 6 years ago to bring that depth of integrated expertise to our VCCP Clients and deliver on our effectiveness mantra, ‘it only works if it all works’. 

During that time she has led some of our flagship Clients and created award-winning integrated campaigns for O2, Domino’s and TfL.

She moves from her role as Group Head of Planning to head up the growing team of loyalty, CRM and data strategists and supercharge our offering. On a mission to join up with the world-class capabilities within VCCP to deliver highly distinctive and memorable brand experiences that transform the fortunes of our clients.

Emma Leaney Creative Director, Loyalty & CRM

Emma has more than 20 years experience in Loyalty & CRM, working on leading brands such as Sainsburys, VW, Persil, HSBC, and Vodafone. She’s won over 25 industry awards including several golds and the Grand Prix at the DMAs and bronze at Cannes. She’s also a DMA judge and speaker. Emma is at VCCP to push creativity and integration for all our Loyalty & CRM clients, including Sage, Canon, TfL, Lego, and Mark Anthony Group.
