VCCP strengthens its content production studio, Girl&Bear Spain
Following the launch of Girl&Bear Spain at the end of 2024—the group’s third global production office after London and Prague—VCCP Spain continues to invest in this strategic unit, created with the aim of redefining how brands design and produce their campaigns, by integrating creativity, design and production in a fast, coherent and effective way across all touchpoints.
Christian Azuaje joins as Motion Graphic Designer, bringing over 10 years of experience as a multimedia producer, motion graphic designer, and video editor. His career began at SUN Channel Television in Venezuela, and since then he has worked for agencies such as Dentsu-Isobar, 1000Heads, and RGB Corp, as well as collaborating with international companies like Generali, GetSetUp, and Red Bull. With a background in Sound Engineering and specialisation in design, animation and documentary direction, Azuaje is known for his multidisciplinary approach, strong technical skills, and constant pursuit of innovation in audiovisual content.
In Christian's words: “Joining Girl&Bear Spain is an opportunity to continue exploring new ways of storytelling through motion. I’m excited to contribute my motion graphics expertise to a team that champions innovation and high-impact content.”
Susan Ortiz joins as Digital Designer, specialising in UX/UI and graphic design. With over five years of experience, she has worked at various tech startups and as a freelancer, collaborating on projects for brands like Everis, Iberdrola, FIAT, CD Leganés, Real Sociedad and the Spanish Rugby Federation. Her profile combines solid training in user-centred design with a creative outlook that she also expresses through her TikTok content, where she has built a community around digital design. She has also delivered training in UX/UI Design, reflecting her commitment to the ongoing evolution of the discipline.
“What excites me most about this new chapter is being able to combine design, strategy and creativity in projects with an international outlook. Girl&Bear Spain represents an agile and modern approach to production, and I’m thrilled to contribute a digital and user-centred perspective,” says Susan.
The addition of Christian and Susan reflects our commitment to a more integrated production model, where creativity and execution work hand in hand from the start. They both bring a fresh perspective and strong technical capabilities that will help us continue to raise the quality of what we deliver to our clients.
