Non-alcoholic beer is typically seen as a compromise, and what's more, ordering one often comes with a lot of unsolicited remarks, questions or even lame jokes. Many people have had the experience of having to explain themselves when they opt for the non-alco choice in the company of alcohol drinkers. "When the remarks begin to sound like the song you've heard a million times, it's time to switch to a different melody."

Our task for the unflavored Birell range was to twist the perception of alcohol free beer and prove that instead of a compromise, it can be a choice. A choice that makes for a complete beer experience, thanks to the fact Birell is the only non-alco beer on the market brewed the traditional way. Our campaign fights against the peer pressure many people experience and presents Birell in the beer pub setting where it undoubtedly belongs.
