We’re delighted that our Reborn Campaign for Edwards Lifesciences’ INSPIRIS RESILIA heart valve, won the ‘Excellence in engagement through multiple channels’ category at the 2020 Pharmaceutical Market Excellence Awards.

The PMEA awards recognise work that delivers clearly identifiable benefits and improved outcomes for patients and society. The awards are specifically designed to celebrate and commend excellence, best practice and innovation in European, international and local markets.

The excellence in engagement category required entrants to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the target audience’s channel preferences and design of engagement journeys showing appropriate selection of channels, sequencing and use of engaging content.

Stemming from customer insight and delivered via a truly integrated approach that featured a ground-breaking programmatic media strategy, the Reborn campaign brought unprecedented creativity and educational content to the right individual, in the right space, at the right time. And the world responded.

It was a very impressive campaign with a high level of reach and engagement. The project was well thought out, designed and executed and clearly exceeded its original estimates. It had great story telling and, importantly, showed improved outcomes and cost effectiveness. Judges comments, PMEA Awards 2020

This campaign has been a joy to work on and a testament to the power of creativity, the importance of agency/client partnership, and what can be achieved when you have a truly integrated agency. Indeed, special mention should go to VCCP Media who also worked with VCCP Health on this beautiful campaign.
