James Shoreland Chief Executive Officer, VCCP Media

James joined VCCP Media as CEO. James has a wealth of experience from his 25 years in the industry, working across a huge range of clients such as Nike, British Airways, Deliveroo, Walt Disney Studios and NatWest. Prior to joining VCCP Media, James was CEO of Initiative, where he worked since 2017. Before Initiative, he worked in Los Angeles and New York leading Communication Strategy agencies. In 2022, James was named one of the industry’s top ten media suits by Campaign.

Will Parrish Chief Strategy Officer, VCCP Media

Will joined VCCP Media as Chief Strategy Officer. Will joins from Initiative, where he also held the role of CSO. During his tenure at IPG’s Initiative, Will helped the agency win clients such as Deliveroo, NatWest and Nike. Will previously worked at IPG Mediabrands and UM Worldwide. In 2022, Campaign named Will one of the industry’s top ten planners, and he is proud to sit on APG’s Committee.

Lindsay Turner Managing Director

Lindsay Turner is VCCP Media’s Managing Director. Lindsay joined VCCP from LADbible Group, the worlds largest social media publisher. She most recently held the role of Director of Marketing and Communications and prior to this, Lindsay was Director of Client Solutions within LADbible Group’s commercial team.  During her 4 years with the Group was at the forefront of creating and distributing content for its Gen Z and millennial audiences.

Before working at LADbible Group, Lindsay was CEO of Spark Foundry and Blue 449,  completing the merger of both brands in December 2019. Prior to this, Lindsay was Managing Director of Blue 449 and oversaw many of their key accounts alongside launching the agencies luxury division Blue 449 Luxe.

Becky Marsh Head of New Business

Becky Marsh is VCCP Media’s Head of New Business and is responsible for bolstering new business and growth. Marsh joined VCCP in 2022 with a decade of experience as a new business and marketing specialist.

Before joining VCCP, Marsh worked at GroupM’s agency, Wavemaker, where she began her career in 2013. She spent three years working for Wavemaker UK before transferring to Wavemaker Australia where she led the agency’s new business and marketing efforts.

Kim Jamieson Head of People

Kim Jamieson has worked in media and advertising for more than a decade and has been at VCCP for over seven years – she has held the role of Head of People for the past four years. In her role, Kim drives talent development opportunities, focuses on hiring people that align with the agency’s challenger ambition and helps the agency retain the best talent.
