Matt Broekhuizen Head of Customer Engagement

Matt joined VCCP in 2022 from Table19, an independent agency that he founded in 2008 with a specific focus on Customer Engagement. His experience includes a world-class client roster including BlackRock, Investec Private Banking, Sainsbury’s, Nectar, Blackberry and Sky.

Matt leads the Customer Engagement team for VCCP and has overall responsibility for all VCCP’s Customer Engagement Clients including Canon, Sage, Cadbury, Vitality, Fortnum & Mason, NewDay, TfL and Abbott.

Ellie Gauchi Head of Strategy, Loyalty & CRM

Having spent most of her career in digital, CX, CRM, direct and integrated creative agencies, Ellie joined VCCP 6 years ago to bring that depth of integrated expertise to our VCCP Clients and deliver on our effectiveness mantra, ‘it only works if it all works’. 

During that time she has led some of our flagship Clients and created award-winning integrated campaigns for O2, Domino’s and TfL.

She moves from her role as Group Head of Planning to head up the growing team of loyalty, CRM and data strategists and supercharge our offering. On a mission to join up with the world-class capabilities within VCCP to deliver highly distinctive and memorable brand experiences that transform the fortunes of our clients.
