Huw Morgan Head of BEE

Huw has over 15 years of experience leading employee comms and engagement, both client side for O2, Telefonica Digital and Virgin Media and as a consultant.

Since joining the VCCP Group in 2017, Huw has helped brands in different sectors to address comms, culture, change and employer brand challenges, including: Lidl, TFL, New Look, Asahi Global, Allwyn International, Nationwide, Weetabix, Telkomsel, Cadbury (Mondelez UK), Channel 4, Novo Nordisk and Johnson & Johnson.
