Carmela Noriega Banegas joins VCCP as Account Director
VCCP continues to strengthen its team in Spain with the appointment of Carmela Noriega as Account Director. This hire follows a year of strong growth for the agency, which has added new clients such as Vitaldent, Seagram’s, Yatekomo and eSim FLAG (Telefónica), as well as several international projects.
As Account Director at VCCP, Noriega will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the agency, while also overseeing implementation through Girl&Bear, VCCP’s global creative content production studio. She will report to Eliana Cantonati, Head of Account Services at VCCP Spain and Head of Girl&Bear Spain.
Carmela’s experience managing integrated campaigns, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams brings a solid operational perspective and a results-driven approach.
Carmela Noriega began her career at Comunicación Iberoamericana, where she spent over four years working in marketing and communications for international tourism destinations such as the Philippines and the Maldives, building a strong foundation in strategic planning, relationship management and brand visibility. In 2023, she joined MARCO, one of Spain’s leading communications agencies, where she led event and activation projects for brands across a wide range of sectors.
A graduate in Media and Entertainment Management from UADE, Noriega also holds a Master’s in Digital Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and a Postgraduate Degree in Digital and Inbound Marketing from INESDI.
