Multi-award winning creative Ray Del Savio has joined VCCP New York as it’s Executive Creative Director. He joins from Droga5 NY and will be in charge of overseeing all creative output from VCCP NY, as well as collaborating closely with VCCP’s global offices.
Bringing with him almost 20 years of experience in the industry, most recently spending nine years at Droga 5, Ray has worked with some of the biggest brands in the US including Prudential, New Museum, Google, Chase and Hershey's and has countless creative award wins to his name; most notably a rare and coveted Titanium Lion for Prudential’s ‘Challenge Lab’.
“Now more than ever I've found that the holding company and consultancy model is clunky and doesn’t allow for efficient and nimble ways of working, which is why I was really drawn to the VCCP “Challenger” attitude. Their approach to running an agency and creating work is a breath of fresh air” commented Del Savio. “I’m excited to dig into the work we currently have and hungry to take on some new business. He joins the management line up of Managing Director, Georgia Mahaffie and CSO, Jonny Shaw and collectively the trio will be responsible for sharing the VCCP challenger ethos with the US market and continue to deliver creative excellence throughout the agency’s existing client portfolio of notable brands including LetsGetChecked, T-Mobile, Violife and Sonos.
