PROBLEM

El Corte Inglés Seguros is the largest insurance retailer in Spain. Their commercials know each insurance in detail to be able to offer the best to each type of client... but nobody knows!

 

IDEA

The person who can best recommend the appropriate insurance to each client is the person who has personally experienced the risks covered by each insurance. For this reason, we decided to confront the advisors of El Corte Inglés with real risk situations covered by the insurance they sell: car accident, jumping into a vacuum, eating insects or surviving a fire, among others. Because the best advice is born from experience. We shot the situations where the consultants themselves put themselves in the shoes of their clients and launched 6 television spots, a graphic campaign in newspapers and magazines, a microsite where clients could see all the content of the campaign and request a quote from each of them.

 

RESULTS

Brand recognition doubled, employee motivation increased, and sales grew by 9%.
