Founded in 2021 as a content creation studio for the VCCP<\/strong> network, Girl&Bear<\/strong> has built a global reputation for \u2018Craft without Compromise\u2019<\/em> gaining recognition at Cannes Lions<\/em>, Campaign Big<\/em>, Creative Circle<\/em>, and more; and this strategic expansion into the US, builds upon its proven success and global reach to better serve its clients around the world.<\/p>\n

Girl&Bear<\/strong> offers a nimble and agile suite of social-first content creation and technology-powered production services. This focused approach is designed to meet the evolving needs of brands in the US seeking dynamic and rapidly produced content optimised for social platforms and leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. The new studio will empower clients with swift, efficient, and innovative solutions to connect with audiences and drive engagement in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.<\/p>\n

To lead the charge, VCCP<\/strong> has tapped Robert Valdes<\/strong> as Chief Production Officer<\/strong>. In this new role, Valdes<\/strong> will oversee the US Girl&Bear<\/strong> studio, as well as all production operations for VCCP<\/strong> in the states. A celebrated figure in the advertising industry, Valdes<\/strong> brings over two decades of experience leading production at some of the industry\u2019s most awarded and ambitious agencies. His impressive portfolio includes work across categories on top global brands and numerous accolades, such as multiple Cannes Lions<\/em>, a Cyber Lion<\/em>, a Grand CLIO<\/em>, and top honors from the ANDYs<\/em> and the ADC<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Valdes<\/b>\u2019 career is marked by transformative leadership roles at prominent agencies. As one of the founding partners and Chief Operating Officer at <\/span>FIG<\/b>, he not only built and directed the teams behind their innovative AI-powered creative data platform, <\/span>StoryData\u2122<\/b>, but also established and scaled the agency\u2019s content studio. Notably, his tenure at <\/span>FIG<\/b> contributed to the agency\u2019s five consecutive years on the <\/span>Ad Age A-List<\/span><\/i> and recognition as Campaign US\u2019 <\/span>Most Innovative Agency<\/span><\/i>. Prior to <\/span>FIG<\/b>, <\/span>Valdes<\/b> held leadership roles as the Head of Production at <\/span>TBWA\/Chiat\/Day<\/b>, Head of Interactive Production at <\/span>DROGA5<\/b> and Executive Integrated Producer at <\/span>Crispin Porter + Bogusky<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
