Imagine all the energy and hours students spent on projects and seeing happiness and relief when they finished their presentations was absolutely amazing, especially the delight of the winners! <\/strong><strong>I wish them the best of luck in their dream job search.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"center\"} --><\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Zden\u011bk Suda<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-two-column-text-quote-image-ZUIF5E wp-block-lazyblock-two-column-text-quote-image\"><section class=\"fullwidth fullwidth--overflow \" data-aos=\"fade-up\">\r\n  <div class=\"container container--spaced-lg\">\r\n    \r\n    <div class=\"row\">\r\n      \r\n      <div class=\"col-md-6\">\r\n        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On December 14 2023, a gala evening took place in Prague, during which the students of the three-month <\/span><b>Digital academy web<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> course organised by <\/span><b>Czechitas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (NGO) presented their final projects, which they mostly worked on in pairs. Ladies are educated in frontend development (from HTML, CSS, JavaScript to React just to name some technologies).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Specifically, we have been supporting these courses in various forms since the very beginning in 2020. One of the three judges was <\/span><b>Zden\u011bk Suda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Senior Developer in <\/span><b>Bernadette by VCCP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. In the past, he had mentored or co-mentored the final projects in the previous five runs, so he had a wealth of experience from the other side.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>        \r\n                \r\n  \t\t\t      <\/div>\r\n      \r\n      <div class=\"col-md-6\">\r\n    \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The best projects were awarded unicorns. All the students managed to defend their projects and successfully complete the course.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Big congratulations to them on this and wish them soon to find work in the IT field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As part of the spring 2023 run of the Czechitas course, we also had a representative on the jury, in the person of <\/span><b>Filip Sta\u0148ek<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Senior Designer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The initiator of this alliance &#8211; <\/span><b>Jan Louda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, head of the production studio in Prague, sees the sense in cooperation with Czechitas. &#8216;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In more than 4 years, thanks to this, we have gained two great ladies-colleagues <\/span><\/i><b><i>Marie Hrabovsk\u00e1<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><\/i><b><i>Nikola Kab\u00e1tov\u00e1<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The team has developed, learned and improved precisely by mentoring and helping female students. This is a great symbiosis for both sides &#8211; Czechitas and Bernadette.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8216;, he concludes.<\/span><\/p>  \t\t<\/div>\r\n  \t\t\r\n    <\/div>\r\n
