VCCP CX welcomes <\/span><b>Jakes Lamprecht<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> as Head of Technology, and <\/span><b>Ellen Thatcher <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">as New Business Director and\u00a0 both <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">start immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The new roles strengthen the VCCP CX specialism, and will bolster the industry leading and award-winning CX capability which helps clients build, launch and iterate dynamic brand experiences that breakthrough and stand out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reporting to Scott Ewings, CEO of VCCP CX, the pair have been tasked with delivering VCCP CX\u2019s \u2018dynamic brand experiences\u2019 to the market, to drive further integration across the rest of the VCCP Partnership and enable existing clients to tap into CX. Most recently, Lamprecht held the Director of Technology position at Publicis Sapient where he spearheaded the technology and consulting team on a global automotive OEM client. Previous posts include Director of Technology and Delivery at ORM, and Director of Technology and Operations at AKQA. At VCCP CX, Lamprecht will be responsible for consolidating the foundations of a team of exceptional technologists to unlock new capabilities in order to bring innovative and engaging digital experiences to life for CX clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thatcher joins with more than 10 years experience as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a growth and business development specialist working in top tier agency and consulting firms.
