It's amazing what we can do when we all work together

As part of the Donate Your Kit campaign we launched at the end of 2019, Cadbury is thanking New Zealanders for their generosity. A new TVC, online films and social content featuring Cadbury's Olympic & Paralympic ambassadors, were produced to highlight the positive impact of the campaign. 

After shining a light on the problem: 1 in 8 kiwi kids feel excluded from sport because they don’t have the kit, Cadbury kicked off the initial campaign with a donation of 10,000 items of sports gear and asked the people of New Zealand to join in by donating their pre-loved sports gear via the Purple Lockers that appeared across the country and online 'virtual lockers'. A whopping total of over 35,000 donations has been received so far and is now being distributed to the schools who most need it with the help of Cadbury's charity partner, KidsCan.
