At VCCP we pride ourselves on creating innovative and exciting advertising that transforms the fortunes of brands. We have a motto: it only works if it all works, which is why we involve ourselves in far more than just advertising. With a thorough understanding of each client’s business, we can challenge what’s around it, and then transform it.<\/p>\n

VCCP Madrid was born in July 2012, when at the peak of the financial crisis several frontline professionals decided to leave the comfort of their agencies to do things in a much more human, transparent and innovative way. Since then, VCCP Madrid has not stopped growing, currently working for several of the largest brands in this country.\u00a0<\/p> \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n

Our principles<\/h2>\n \n

VCCP was founded on 24th January 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P). They were united by their desire to challenge the bad habits of the big global agencies they had previously worked at. So, on our very first day of business we created ten founding principles. \n Javier Suso \n CEO<\/span> <\/h3>\n \n
\n Javier Suso has more than 20 years of experience in the communication industry in Spain. He is a renowned professional with extensive experience in agency leadership, highlighted by his strategic vision and sensitivity for creative work.\n\nBefore becoming CEO of VCCP Spain, Suso worked in senior positions at agencies such as Shackleton where he was Managing Director of the Madrid office (2007-2012) and CEO of Gray Spain (2015-2018). In addition, he was also part of the founding team and Managing Director of VCCP Spain (2012-2015).\n\nJavier Suso has a degree in Business Administration, an Executive MBA from IE Business School and an Executive Master in Relational Marketing CRM and e-commerce from ICEMD. He has been Co-Director of El Sol (2017 and 2018), collaborates with numerous business schools as a speaker and has been a jury of El Sol, CdeC, FIAP, Inspirational, Imam, IMC European Awards and Aster Awards. <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n

\n Beto Nahmad \n Executive Creative Director<\/span> <\/h3>\n \n
\n Beto began his career at the Argentine agency Agulla y Baccetti. Following on from that, he worked for several multinational agencies in Spain before becoming the Executive Creative Director and Innovation Lead at DraftFCB.\n\nBeto has developed award-winning advertising, digital, experiential and branded content campaigns at Cannes Lions, El Sol, FIAP, El Ojo de Iberoam\u00e9rica, Caples, Laus or ECHO Awards, among others.\n\nHe is a Media Technician, studied Film and Advertising in Buenos Aires and, in his spare time, writes and directs short films. <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n

\u00c1lvaro has extensive international experience leading strategy teams where he has had the opportunity to work for brands such as EE (leading telco brand in the UK), Nestl\u00e9, Heineken global, Samsung, and Sky. Prior to joining VCCP Spain, he worked in London in strategic management positions at Publicis \u2022 Poke, Engine Group, and The Mill. His work has been recognised by awards such as WARC, The Drum, BIMA, The Lovie Awards, and YouTube Works for Brands for ‘Best Long-Term Effectiveness \u201d. He has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Navarra, a diploma in Digital Media from Hyper Island Stockholm and has completed several strategic training programs at the London APG.<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n

Eliana Cantonati joined VCCP Spain as Client Services Director in 2019\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0was promoted to Head of Account Services at VCCP Spain in 2023. She has previously worked at agencies such as VML, PS21,\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0Yslandia,\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0for high-profile clients such as Grupo Mahou San Miguel, Telef\u00f3nica, Netflix, Warner Bros, PepsiCo, Casa Tarradellas, Merck Group,\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0DIA. Carlota started her professional career more than 9 years ago at MCCann Erickson Madrid after winning the first ‘Creatividad en Vivo’ award. Here she had the opportunity to learn how to manage a brand such as Repsol YPF. Later, she spent almost two years at PS21 (formerly dommo) as Brand Manager, working for clients such as Shiseido, Nars, Buckler 0’0 or Ikea. Since 2013 she has been part of the VCCP team and has had the good fortune to continue developing her career with major clients such as Pl\u00e1tano de Canarias, Nike, Worten, Alsa and Grupo Liberty Seguros. She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.<\/p> <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n\n

Luis Alberto has an Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University in Madrid and has studies in Business Administration and Management from the UOC. He also brings training and experience in Project & Operations Management and Specialization in Digital Marketing.<\/p>\n
