About us

We are the challenger agency for the customer age.

We master the challenges of the customer age. Because in this day and age, it's no longer just about what brands say about themselves. It's about what brands do and how they create real value in their customers' lives through useful, entertaining and inspiring interactions.

For example: our 'Look & Book' idea for easyJet, which completely re-imagined the booking process for the Instagram generation. Or O2’s 'Oops', a service innovation that won tens of thousands new iPhone customers in a highly commoditised market.

With offices and clients in Berlin, London, Madrid, NYC, Prague, San Francisco, Singapore, Sydney and Shanghai, we cover every communication and marketing discipline and bring global influences and trends to our local customers.

Our principles

VCCP was founded on January 24, 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P). They agreed that they wanted to challenge the bad habits of the large global agencies that they had previously worked for. So on the first business day we created ten basic principles that we work with. With our customers, our partners and of course our colleagues.

Be on time Be on time
