Matt Broekhuizen Head of Customer Engagement

Matt joined VCCP in 2022 from Table19, an independent agency that he founded in 2008 with a specific focus on Customer Engagement. His experience includes a world-class client roster including BlackRock, Investec Private Banking, Sainsbury’s, Nectar, Blackberry and Sky.

Matt leads the Customer Engagement team for VCCP and has overall responsibility for all VCCP’s Customer Engagement Clients including Canon, Sage, Cadbury, Vitality, Fortnum & Mason, NewDay, TfL and Abbott.

Emma Clark Head of Strategy Customer Engagement

Emma also joined VCCP in 2022 from Table19.  At T19 she led the strategy for the agency’s full client roster including Investec Private Bank, BlackRock, HSBC, Nectar, Moet Hennessy UK, Carphone Warehouse, Yorkshire Building Society and Sky.

Emma now leads the strategy for all VCCP’s Customer Engagement clients and is helping clients like Canon, Cadbury, Sage, Abbott, TfL and Vitality develop world class customer engagement programmes.
