Background

Earlier this year we launched a major multi-million pound marketing campaign for O2 to promote the benefits customers get from being on O2. In the context of the tough economic environment and customer demand for maximum value, the campaign acts as a reminder to both existing and prospective O2 customers of the many benefits from being on O2.

The ‘Thinking of You’ campaign, showcases that O2 is always thinking about its customers and that value goes beyond simply a price point. It communicates that keeping existing customers happy is more important to O2 than winning new ones.  Based on the insight that customers want brands to give them a sense of optimism, the campaign has a mythical and surreal creative feel.
