FSA

The FSA offer a service which is a huge benefit for consumers, but there is little consumer awareness. They provide genuinely impartial, jargon free, easy to understand information about often complex issues (e.g. mortgages, pensions, insurance etc) without any hard sell at the bottom of the page.

The objective was to promote awareness of the FSA’s consumer offering and in doing so drive traffic to their relaunched consumer website.

This was achieved visually (through press) and aurally (through radio) demonstrating the user-friendliness of the FSA’s web-offering and their ability to provide simple, jargon-free information.
