Charles Vallance


Charles’ strategic thinking has helped build some of the biggest brands of the last 20 years, including O2, ING Direct, Land Rover, Heineken and The National Lottery. He believes that strong, motivated teams are the key to great work, and has an instinctive dislike for hierarchy and bureaucracy.

Charles’ planning career includes stints at both BBH and WCRS. His mantra? Focus on the idea, and let everything else fall into place.

 

 Adrian Coleman

Adrian Coleman

Adrian brings a keen business understanding to the table, having begun his career client-side at Esso. A former partner at HHCL, he has run accounts for major brands such as FIFA, Yahoo, Mazda and Guinness.

Before starting VCCP, Adrian was the Chief Executive of AMD (Chime-owned), where he oversaw the media group responsible for publishing, design and advertising. This cross-media approach stays with him to this day: he appreciates impactful, cohesive work, regardless of the channel.

Rooney Carruthers

Rooney creates iconic and memorable ads for some of the world’s biggest brands (his client list has included Levi’s, Haagen-Dazs, BMW, CNN and Fox Sports, Land Rover). During his international career he has worked at top agencies like BMP, BBH, WCRS and FCB (San Fransisco).

He’s also one of the most respected Creative Directors in the business, with the goal of making VCCP the top creative place to work, bar none. Somehow, his working style of organised chaos invariably results in brilliant campaigns.

Ian Priest

Ian began his career below-the-line and remains a passionate advocate of properly integrated campaigns. His client list has included giants such as Martini, Microsoft, Virgin, Egg and Pot Noodle/Unilever.

From Account Exec at IMP in 1986 to Managing Director of HHCL in 1999, Ian's career has been carved out of brilliant campaigns and a rigorous understanding of business reality. He loves working with like-minded clients to deliver outstanding work that gets it right.
