The Change Institute, Bell Pottinger and VCCP Blue Consortium have successfully been appointed to the Central Office of Information’s (COI) new BME ‘Cultural Diversity Framework’.
The new roster replaces COI’s previous BME Marketing Framework.
Providing an industry wide specialist ‘diverse’ communications and marketing offering, the new consortium creates innovative specialist BME campaigns for clients that guarantee target audience reach.
