Friends and Family terms and conditions
Connection: O2 Home Broadband will be connected at the highest possible speed of service available to you from O2 on a BT line at the installation address. Payment by Direct Debit is mandatory for all new connections to Friends and Family tariff offers.
Verifying Eligibility: In order to protect employees, before friends and family can take advantage of any discount we will need to verify the O2 employee's details. This will be done during the connection process and you will receive an email confirmation once this process is complete.
Availability: The O2 Friends and Family tariffs are only available by following the instructions set out in this email. You must send the requested information to the member of O2 staff from whom this message was originally sent.
Tariff Terms: Aside from the monthly subscription price of £7.50 (or £12.50 for customers outside the O2 Home Broadband network), standard O2 Home Broadband terms and charges apply. See http://www.o2.co.uk/termsconditions/broadband for details.
Discount Cancellation: When an O2 employee linked to the Friends and Family tariff leaves O2, Friends and Family tariff customers will remain on the O2 Home Broadband Friends and Family tariff offer until the account is terminated either by the account holder or by O2 for whatever reason. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Friends and Family discount at any time, upon reasonable notice.
Other existing O2 Home Broadband customers: A customer already on an O2 Home Broadband standard consumer tariff is not permitted to transfer to the O2 Broadband Friends and Family tariff offer at any stage.
