Adrian started out as a client and his strengths lie, not only in cohesive and hard hitting campaigns, but in client focus and business understanding - experience that means he understands the marketing mix. He has the ability to highly motivate teams, produce fast results which are equally balanced with fun. He creates work that makes an impact in the marketplace, and loves to ensure that both the client and the agency win. Before starting VCCP, he was the Chief Executive of AMD (Chime owned) where he oversaw the media group, responsible for publishing, design, on-line as well as advertising.
